Robin and I are really into day dates. For Valentine’s Day we decided to swap an expensive dinner for a day trip to Napa Valley since neither of us have been before.
Sadly we both came down with nasty colds a few days before, but we didn’t let that slow us down (too much). Armed with DayQuil, a box of tissues, throat drops and a LOT of water, we headed up north for wine country this past Saturday. We explored Napa and visited the Sutter Home Winery before we felt too tired and headed home for an evening of Netflix on the couch with soup. Perfect Valentine’s Day if you ask me.
For our day date I wore my favorite black Lace Halter Mini Dress from Kimichi Blue. I paired it with a floral patterned fringed Kimono Jacket from Target, similar here, and hat from Target, similar here. The earrings are from a set sold at Forever21.
