Shopping small is one of my favorite ways to shop. I love to support small business owners (especially women-run businesses!) and the product is usually always WAY better than fast fashion. Gale & Hayes uses all USA vegetable tanned leathers that are chemical free to create a top-notch product. I have The Original X Leather handbag that it large enough to fit my phone, wallet, lipsticks, and sunglasses (plus more!!)It’s handstitched together and the care put into this piece is very apparent. All pieces are handmade and made to order, after all! I also have a mini wallet which has quickly become my favorite little accessory! I have some purses that are too tiny to fit my larger wallet, so the Gale & Hayes mini Envelope Clutch is honestly the best way to hold all my cards safely (and in style!)
One thing that I enjoy about really naturally processed leather is how it turns darker with age, get’s softer and how no two pieces are alike.
