I’ve been chatting with so many of you on Instagram lately about how we’re all feeling like we’re in a major Groundhog Day Rut lately. The days are blurring together… Is it just healthy hibernation pulls? Or seasonal affective disorder? Or anxiety from the crushing weight of 2020? (All three, probably.)
Whatever it is, there seems to be a lot of stuck, a lot of going through the motions, a lot of “meh” feelings. So, I wanted to do something about that. Don’t worry, I’m not asking you to like, run 10 miles. I know Elle Woods thinks that endorphins make you happy, but I’m very much team “stretching and wine and cookies and CBD baths and movies and cats” make me happy.
