A whole decade ago (I can say that now it’s 2020!) I was shopping for my freshman dorm room. I spent months carefully curating cheap (yet cool) thrifted finds from Savers and way too much time deciding very important things like what color scheme my dorm would be. The most challenging decor choice: what my comforter would be.
A comforter told you so much about a person in dorm rooms. Are they fun? Hipster? Unique or basic? Sporty? Chill? It took me until the 11th hour in August to find my magic comforter when I walked into an Urban Outfitters with my friends. There on the shelf, all $120 and nicely folded up was a quilted, funky blanket that I HAD TO HAVE.
I spent most of my savings getting that blanket, which I still have today and on my bed, so I guess I got my money worth. But my main take away from this story is that Urban Outfitters has really, really cool home decor stuff.
Now that’s 2020, it’s time to freshen up your apartment, don’t you think? New Year, New Apartment, right? So, I rounded up my favorite Urban Outfitters home decor items under $100 for you! Happy shopping.
