Edinburgh was my favorite major city we visited while touring the UK & Ireland. The second we drove in I felt what I can only describe as magic. The ornate buildings, the tiny cobblestone streets, the charming castle overlooking the city. I can see why J.K. Rowling was inspired to write Harry Potter after living here. Find my full Scotland travel guide HERE, or read on to find a list of my top favorite things I recommend doing while in Edinburgh on your trip!
