Crystal Review (ALT Fragrances Baccarat Rouge Dupe)
I’ll admit it, Crystal smells fancy. Like you just walked into a hotel lobby full of rich people. When I first spray it, I get cotton candy, a little citrus, and some woodiness underneath. There’s a floral note too, which tracks since the original has jasmine in it.

Fleur Noire is heavy on white flowers, jasmine and white blossom mostly, with a little pear, vanilla, and patchouli underneath. It smells more masculine to me, like this is something I would give my husband to wear.
Out of the three, this one actually has the most projection and it lasted the longest on my skin, close to an hour compared to the 10 to 15 minutes I got from the other two. It’s an alternative for Black Opium, a classic scent.
If I had to pick one to actually recommend, this is the one.
Pros and Cons of ALT Fragrances
Here’s what worked for me:
- the price point is fantastic compared to designer perfume
- the scent accuracy on that first spray is impressive (I couldn’t resist, that word had to go somewhere true).
