Luxury glamping tents, cozy cabins, stargazing huts… there are some pretty dang magical and cool Airbnbs near Grand Canyon National Park.
When visiting one of the most magical national parks in the United States, you deserve an epic place to come back to each night. A place where you can kick back with chic desert decor, or fireside with local craft beers. And the only way to get that is at one of these insanely cool Airbnbs.
If you aren’t familiar with the Grand Canyon National Park, there are two entrances. The North Rim (aka Grand Canyon North) and the South Rim (aka Grand Canyon South). The North Rim entrance is at least 2.5 hours from the nearest city so that’s why the South Rim is the most popular entrance and the one you’ll probably be visiting. Grand Canyon Village has a lot of shops, grocery stores and basic motels.
But you can do better than a boring motel. I found some insanely cool Airbnbs nearby for the ultimate Grand Canyon vacation. Keep reading for the list.

You'll sleep soundly in your comfy bed but not before gazing at the night sky filled with twinkling stars through the skylight. In the morning, enjoy your breakfast with the views of the mountains through the large front window.
Into the evening, sit around the fire pit with only the sounds of a crackling fire and the distant howl of a coyote off in the distance. The semi-secluded location offers easy access to many attractions including the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Oh, and there's spa treatments available, too!
I visited the Grand Canyon for the first time during the winter. January to be exact. It was cool in the day but cold AF at night. It also rains a lot and while we were treated to an epic cotton candy sunset over the South Rim that first night, it was raining so hard the next day we couldn’t see 5 feet into the canyon! If you can plan for a spring or fall visit, you’ll probably miss the rain and miss the summer heat.
