Solage In Napa Valley At A Glance
The Solage is a beautiful luxury resort tucked in Napa Valley’s Calistoga, which just happens to be our favorite town in Napa’s wine country. Guests at the Solage stay in private bungalows with patios and bikes to cruise around the property or take off-site for wine tastings. They have not one, not two but three different pools, a full spa, and a fantastic on-site restaurant so you never have to leave. But I recommend hitting up at least a few local vineyards.
- Best Time To Visit: Save the most money during winter during the valley’s off-season, but find the best pool weather in June, July and August.
- Best Winery Near Solage: For epic views, head to Sterling Vineyards. You get to ride a tram up a mountain to wine taste!!
CIVANA in Scottsdale At A Glance
CIVANA is the best place to escape when you need a hard reset (which is why it’s perfect for Virgos who need to totally offload everything to someone else and just veg out in the desert for a few days.) This resort is stunning and peaceful and offers tons of wellness classes, including hikes in the desert. And, it’s a short drive from the town of Scottsdale for additional things to do if needed.
- Best time to visit: Spring or fall before the crazy summer heat sets in. Winters can be chilly.
- Must-Do Activity: Go on a morning hike around the desert to soak in views of wildlife.
