Thanks to El Nino, we’re getting buckets of rain here in San Francisco. I’ve started carrying around my umbrella everywhere because the rain comes suddenly and goes suddenly. Getting caught in the rain is the new winter norm for me.
Or sometimes it doesn’t come at all when it is suppose to – last week I wore my rainboots on all the wrong days. I really don’t like wearing heels in the rain, but sometimes that’s what a girl’s gotta do!
My leopard heels from Target are troopers – they’ve withstood more mud and rain than I thought they would, which is why they’re one of the only heels I’ll wear in the rainy season now. The winter makes me want to wear all black, so I paired this top from Stitch Fix with my Calvin Klein leather jacket, black skinny jeans and a green purse also from Stitch Fix. I love pairing green and leopard together (I even have a green and leopard purse!).
