A Month of Magic: 31-Day Witchy Wellness Challenge

October is the perfect time to tap into the witch trend. What is witchcraft? TDLR, it’s just another form of self-care. This month-long challenge is designed to help you connect with your spiritual side, practice self-care, and embrace the magic of the season.

Each day, we’ve listed a new prompt or activity to help you on your journey. From moon rituals to watching your fave witchy movie, there’s something for everyone. Remember, the most important thing is to have fun and practice self-care.

Week 1: Set a Foundation

This week, we’ll be focusing on setting a strong foundation for our journey. To begin, let’s explore your Big Three – your sun, moon, and rising signs. These celestial bodies offer valuable insights into your personality and potential.

With those insights, take a moment to read your horoscope for self-care to see where you can focus your efforts. The New Moon starts on October 2, this is an opportunity to set your intentions for the coming weeks. Finally, let’s cleanse our spaces.

Week 2: Get Grounded

This week, we’ll be focusing on getting grounded. Let’s start with a Waxing Moon Ritual – one of the most underrated moon phases that you should embrace. Then, journaling to manifest our desires, and exploring our witchy identity with a little quiz.

Wrapping up the week with how to use crystals and tapping into our intuition with a guided meditation or other intuitive practice.

Create moon water to charge your intentions and connect with the lunar energy. Finally, let’s celebrate the season with a fun fall activity like visiting your local pumpkin patch.

    Hey everyone! A month of witchy wellness sounds amazing! Taking care of yourself is like mastering a challenging level. It requires focus, strategy, and persistence. Speaking of challenges, anyone ever get totally addicted to playing Slope Unblocked? It’s surprisingly meditative in its own, uh, very intense way.
